Dying to Fit In

Ask yourself, if the actions you are taking are making you healthier, stronger, smarter, and happier. If the answer is no, then consider if you are taking these actions to fit in.

I know for a fact, that the actions I was taking years ago did not benefit me and that I was only pushing myself farther and farther away from what I really wanted. Realizing this is important, however, I still had a lot of work to do. For about a year I tried everything I could do to break free from the negative actions I was taking. The thing is I always found myself back where I started mimicking the group.

This was very frustrating to me, and I felt as if I was stuck. I know now that I was stuck in a cycle... A cycle of self-sabotage and I know now it is very common in our society. The good news is there is a way to break free from this cycle.
