Have You Kept Your New Years Resolution?

Have you kept your New Years Resolution?

Every year people make a New Years' Resolution, but only some of them accomplish their goals...

Why is it that so many people have a hard time committing to their goals and making a lasting change?

Is it that they don't really want to make the changes?

Is it that they are lazy?

We all want something better in life, that I firmly believe, but there is something holding us back. Some part of us is resisting the change we desire. You may be thinking why would I resist changing for the better... is there something wrong with me? I know that's what I thought for the longest time.

You know what I found out?

There was and is nothing wrong with me, I am working exactly as designed. More specifically a part of my mind, the subconscious is working exactly as designed.

Just like yours is...

You see this part of the mind is drawn to the familiar and will do anything in its power to keep things the same. It does this as a protective mechanism, to keep us safe.

The subconscious mind doesn't know right from wrong, or good from bad it just understands what is familiar in our lives and our surroundings. So even if what is familiar is obesity, depression, self-abuse, chaotic energy, partying, smoking, or drinking alcohol, the subconscious will do its best to make sure these things continue to happen despite our wishes and desires.

This is why making changes is so hard...

We are working against the most powerful part of our mind! We are literally fighting ourselves, and the majority of the time the subconscious mind wins.

The good news is we can use the subconscious mind to our advantage so that it works with us instead of against us. In fact, I can teach you how to do it, as this is exactly what I do as a self-sabotage coach.

I teach others how to understand the subconscious mind, how to influence it, and how to align it with their dreams and goals so they can make changes without resistance and I can help you as well!

I would love to be the person to help you create lasting and meaningful changes in your life. If you are interested and want to hear more click the link below to schedule your free strategy call.
